The deadline for competition entries is 15st January 2012 (date of postmark).
In order to enter the competition, an application form, which is available from the organisers and can be downloaded, must be completed thoroughly and returned by post. Entries submitted by e-mail or fax will not be accepted.
Selection for the competition
The jury of the competition reserves the right to select the entries to be admitted to the competition.
The groups selected to take part in the competition will be informed accordingly by e-mail and post by 15th February 2012.
Entry fee
Entrants admitted to the competition must submit their final programme by 1st March 2012
at the latest along with the sheet music for their programme and an entry fee of €100 per group.
The entry fee must be remitted free of all charges for the recipient to the following account:

Entries (to be submitted by
15th January 2012) must contain the following:
A thoroughly completed application form
Please use our application form.
 Download application form
Recording of a live performance by the group, at least 20 minutes long in wave or aiff format
Studio-recording of the group in wave or aiff format (optional, if available)
The planned competition programme (title, composer, arranger)
Biography of the group, in English and if possible also in German (digital on CD-ROM and as a print-out)
A recent photograph of the group with copyright notice (digital on CD-ROM and as a reprint)
Copies of the ID of each ensemble member for the proof of age (e.g. passports or identity cards)
After the confirmation of participation, the following must be submitted by 1st March 2012:
The final competition programme (titel, composer, arranger)
Sheet music to the competition programme (including any necessary transposition)
Technical requirements of the groups singing with amplification
The entry fee of €100 per group
Please note that entry forms and other items sent in cannot be returned.
By signing the application form, the aforementioned conditions of participation as
well as the jury’s decisions are accepted as final and binding.
